DURAVIT C.1 – FITTINGS WITH CLEAR LINES AND HIGH FUNCTIONALITY

With 200 years of experience in bathrooms furniture and sanitary ware, Duravit offers a new, straightforward fitting program that complements the other bathroom series perfectly. The C.1 product line, designed by Kurt Merki Jr. for Duravit, offers you bathroom fittings for every purpose, whether you are looking for a washbasin, a bidet or a free-standing bathtub tap you will get it. Especially noticeable are the narrow and slender forms, which adopt a clear design, along with the smooth surface and the filigree levers. The fittings are available in various sizes and designs.

WASHBASIN FITTINGS IN DIFFERENT SIZES 

Washbasins differ in shape, design and size and the tap must fit it. Therefore, the washbasin fittings from C.1 are available in different sizes (S-XL). Another highlight is the flexibility of the  C.1 taps. The adjustable jet control means that unwanted splashes are a problem of the past. And with a flow rate of just 5.7 litres per minute, you can save time and money and spare your nerves. 

The look is beautiful as well: Cylindrically shaped and narrow, the fittings have an ultra-modern look that fits seamlessly into any interior. The graceful design creates an atmospheric image that will fascinate you again and again.

The washbasin fittings are available in different models:

SHOWER FITTINGS

The C1 series offers as well head showers and shower taps. You have either the ability to choose the complete package i.e. a shower system or tailor the fittings to your wishes. Two types of shower tap are available: a single lever mixer or a thermostatic shower tap. The shower system includes the tap, a hand shower with its hose and its rail, and naturally a shower head with its arm.

Individual variation: If you prefer the individual solution, you have a wide choice between the different designs and sizes. For the head-showers, you can choose the appropriate size and either the round or square design and adapt it to your needs. Depending on the installation, you can attach the head-shower to the ceiling or wall, and the length of the shower-arm can be adjusted to the size of your shower. Besides the design convince the roaring thanks to its three spray modes, you can set. The various thermostatic and single-lever mixers are available in a round or square design and as a sub-surface or wall-mounted fitting.

BATHTUB FAUCETS

Flat, angular or round? With the C.1 bathtub fitting, you have a large choice of shapes. No matter which bathtub you have, there is a model that will please you. Here, of course, you can also decide between the surface-mounted or the concealed version. The bath mixers impress with the delicate levers and the narrow body. With the C.1 series, you can also find free-standing bathtubs taps and add a great design element to your bathroom with the floor-mounted single lever bath mixer.

BIDET FAUCETS

The C.1 series presents models for the bidets. It follows exactly the same design as the model for the washbasin, but the size is smaller.

With the C.1 series from Duravit, the designer has placed a further highlight alongside the Vero design line. His bi-cultural background and the urge to create something new and to turn dreams into reality is evident in each of his designs. The Swiss Kurt Merki Jr. is particularly concerned with the usefulness on a daily basis and, of course, the design. Mr. Merki follows his three principles "Culture, Destiny and Life" with diligence, creative intuition and the necessary dedication.
